• What you send us. If you use the contact or careers form, we receive what you submit — name, email, company, phone, LinkedIn URL, message, and any resume you attach. Submissions are relayed by FormSubmit and delivered to our inbox.
• Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. We do not use analytics to identify you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time) to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use it

To respond to inquiries and applications, and to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising or share data with ad networks.

4. Cookies

The site sets cookies only if you accept them in the consent notice:

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics; distinguishes visitors; expires after up to 2 years.
• lcs-cookie — stores your consent choice itself (kept in your browser's local storage; no personal data).

Decline, and no analytics cookies are set. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time.

5. Third parties

We rely on Google Analytics, FormSubmit, and Vercel. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Retention

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry or application. Ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@lcscomms.co and we will handle it.
